Rite
of Christian Initiation (RCIA)

Right
of Christian Initiation of Adults is a
sacramental preparation and ongoing process of initiation into the
Catholic Church through prayer and study for unbaptized adults,
adults baptized in another Christian denomination, and baptized
Catholics who have not celebrated the sacraments of Reconcilation,
Eucharist and/or Confirmation. Sessions usually begin early in
September and conclude with the Easter Vigil.

a sacramental prepration for children, grades three through eight,
who have not been baptized or have not received the sacraments or
Reconcilation or Eucharist. Sessions usually begin in September.
